How it works & limits

Official form page: loads the MOFA PDF (two-sided, 60 interactive fields) from this site and writes your data into the real fields — nationality is chosen from the form's own country dropdown, sex / marital status / passport type / six background questions are ticked automatically, and dates are converted to the official day/month/year format. You still sign by hand.

Japanese consulates require the form in English/romaji — avoid entering Chinese characters; passport details must match your passport verbatim.

This tool loads the official MOFA "VISA APPLICATION FORM TO ENTER JAPAN" PDF (mirrored on this site) and writes the interactive fields locally in your browser — no data reaches a server.
